Whether it’s a rights (grievance) arbitration, or an interest arbitration resolving terms and conditions of the collective agreement, you need a timely, clear decision to ensure both the collective agreement and sound labour relations principles are considered. Mia Norrie has her Qualified Arbitrator (Q.Arb) designation and is on the Province of Alberta roster of arbitrators. MIa is a grievance arbitrator under Part I of the Canada Labour Code. |
